Memory Status
Updates the status of the memory on your computer every second.

Clean Up Temp Folders
This function cleans out you temp folders.  It searches through your temp folders and all subfolders and removes all files that are not read-only or in use.  This does not delete the subfolders.

Process Idle Tasks
This command will force the OS to process all idle tasks. If your PC is never idle these tasks will never run. One of the tasks that Windows XP performs during idle times is the optimization of the files needed to start the OS. These files will be re-arranged on the disk and match the exact order they are loaded during startup. This list is in C:\Windows\Prefetch\Layout.ini.

Zip Folders
If you don't like the built in zip folders for Windows XP you can remove that feature using this.  If you like it and have used other "unzipping" utilities that you uninstalled and it left your zip folders non-functioning then you can use this to repair the zip folders.

Basically, Windows XP has it's own built in feature for unzipping zipped files. It makes them look like a folder with a zipper. If you click on it you will be able to uncompress the files to use them. You won't need a third party program to do this for you.

If it is damaged or missing, you can repair it with this feature, or if you are using a third party program and don't want to use Windows XP's zip folders feature you can disable it.
