Remove Hotfixes
This feature allows you to remove all of the uninstallers and the  uninstall registry entries for the add/remove control panel applet.    This can free up some disk space.   Only remove the uninstallers if you have had hotfixes installed for a while and know that you won't need to remove them.   Removing them is permanent.  This feature will not remove your Hotfixes.

Service Repair
This feature goes through every service on your computer.  They can be 3rd party services or Window's built in services.  It will find services that are set to start automatically, but after the computer is booted these services aren't running.   This is usually an indicator of a service that is needed rarely, misconfigured, or not needed to be running at all.  This will set them to the Manual startup mode.   This can help increase boot performance and system stability.  As well as freeing up memory.

SuperFast Shutdown
XP Smoker Pro comes with a copy of SuperFast Shutdown.  This copy is not installed by the installer.  You can use this feature to put the icons on your desktop so you have easy access to the files.   Clicking on any of the icons when put on the desktop will shutdown or reboot your computer instantly unless you are using the "Clear Pagefile on Shutdown" setting.  Although there have been no reported problems with SuperFast Shutdown, it is advised that you not use this as a way to shutdown or reboot your computer on a regular basis.  Use only in emergencies.  Such as spilling a drink on your keyboard, or getting a virus, or an electrical storm is quickly approaching.

Command Prompt
This will add a "Cmd Prompt  Here" item to the right-click menu of Explorer.   You can then use this by right clicking any folder or drive and open a command window in that directory.

Copy/Move Extensions
This is a tweak that nobody can live without.  It adds  "Copy to..." and "Move to..." items to your right-click menu of Explorer.  It allows you to right click a file or folder and select to copy them or move them to whatever destination you choose.
