Windows Update
With this feature you will be able to shutdown all services required by Windows update at the push of a button.  You will also be able to restart the services needed and launch Windows Update with the push of a button so that you can update your machine quickly and flawlessly.  When you are done, just shutdown the services until you need them again.

Restore IE Toolbars
Sometimes the toolbars in Internet Explorer get cluttered or just plain messed up.  This will restore them to their default configuration. This will not mess up Internet Explorer at all. This will just restore the toolbars to their default positions.

Disable Performance Counters
Windows XP has a performance monitor utility which can track several areas of your PC's performance. Everything from CPU use to hard drive access can be tracked and graphed. The information for this utility comes from several performance counter services which run behind the scenes, gathering data for the monitor.

If you have no use for this information, it's a good idea to disable the counters, since they take up system resources.
